Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the "Booksinsights - Animated Books" mobile application (the "App") developed for iOS devices. These Terms govern your access to and use of the App provided by Vasyl Zanuda ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
    

2. License and Restrictions
   2.1 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
   2.2 Restrictions:
   You agree not to:
   a. Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App or any content therein, except as expressly authorized by us;
   b. Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose;
   c. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its associated software or hardware;
   d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks;
   e. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App or its content;
   f. Use any automated means to access or collect information from the App;
   g. Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
   h. Use the App to transmit or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code;
   i. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
    

3. Intellectual Property Rights
   The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, software, and audio, are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by us. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.
    

4. Privacy
   We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your information through the App are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
    

5. User Content
   The App may allow you to submit or upload content, including but not limited to comments, reviews, and ratings ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content for any purpose, in any media now known or hereafter developed. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
    

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
    

7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.
    

8. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
    

9. Modifications and Termination
   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without notice or liability. We may also update or change these Terms from time to time by posting the modified Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
    

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.
